ZEN Living’s inception was based on the need of premium, luxurious and affordable co-living spaces for women from all walks of life. There is absolutely no match with regards to the comfort and amenities provided with any other co-living space in the city.
Situated in the heart of the Financial District of Hyderabad, our location is optimal for working women and women studying in ISB & IIIT, both of which are quite close to the property.

With dedicated and professional staff who are determined to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you do not have to worry about small chores or the quality of food served or even the linen in your room. Our housekeeping and maintenance team take care of everything you need, leaving you to focus on what’s important.

Our primary focus has always been the safety and security of our guests. To ensure this we have more than 25 CCTV cameras all across the property, 24-hour watchmen and a biometric system with fingerprint & face recognition which leads to the elevators to take you to your rooms.

We even have a strict policy of not allowing any men (even family members), through the biometric door. That is solely meant for our guests.

Our cosy rooms are all double-sharing which make your stay with us relaxing rather than cramped when tripe-sharing or even quadruple-sharing come into play, like many other co-living spaces in the area.
