Situated in the heart of Financial District Hyderabad, our location is ideal for working professionals as well as students studying at ISB and IIIT Hyderabad, both of which are located close to the property. With excellent connectivity to Gachibowli, Q-City, and major corporate offices, ZEN Living provides convenience at the center of modern urban living.

From housekeeping and maintenance to hygienic food preparation and linen management, every aspect of the property is carefully maintained so you can focus on your studies, career, and personal well-being.
Safety and security have always been our highest priority. To ensure a secure women’s co-living environment, the property is equipped with more than 25 CCTV cameras, 24/7 security personnel, and biometric access systems with fingerprint and facial recognition for controlled entry to residential floors.
We also maintain a strict guest access policy and do not permit male visitors beyond the biometric access area, ensuring privacy and security for all residents.
Unlike crowded triple-sharing or quadruple-sharing accommodations commonly found in many PG spaces, our spacious double-sharing rooms are designed to provide a more comfortable, relaxing, and premium living experience
